The whole setup here could be deconstructed a little more; and not quite so symmetrical, but the two sofas are not where I would change the balance. I might go with a neutral color, such as tan or navy or even red. Red can be used as a neutral, but let's not get into red right now - brain overload.

Split Personality Lounge Act

There is much to like here, but is there too much with dos sofas and tres tables? I think not. I rather like this arrangement, especially the fact that two of the tables are on wheels and can be used as extra seating as well. The subdued color palate sets off the stunning light fixture and is just all around cozy. This is an excellent family room. Well done.
