Zero lots at Alys Beach, most with private courtyards pictured above, and just steps away from Gulf. With the Panama City Beach Airport planned in the near future - this latest "New Urbanist" community shouldn't have any trouble filling up the remaining lots with hungry homebuilders, eager for a pedestrian friendly enclave.

Bottom three images: New Urbanist townhouse and condo community Miami Beach Allison Island. I like the multiple concave mirrors against the one painted accent wall with the collection of occassional tables that look like they might double as seating.
